It’s Working!! episode 9, and we find out that the source of Inami’s man-bashing is her own father, who told baby-Inami that men were vicious, evil creatures (which of course backfired on him). However, he’s back from a trip and plans on visiting the restaurant. Inami is afraid that he’ll make her quit if he sees that she’s working with Souta and, a result, asks him to cross-dress for the day. He initially refuses, but is soon pressured into doing by the rest of the employees.

A water main breaks in front of Wagnaria, so they have to take the next day off. Everyone decides to go to a hot spring together to have fun. Souta is concerned about Inami going, and decides to go to watch over her after Nazuna kindly does his chores for him.

It’s Working!! episode 7, and Otoo returns, this time bringing a new employee, Aoi Yamada. Aoi arrives with a sad and sorrowful tale, but Souta sees through her story in an instant. Aoi proceeds to cause havoc everywhere, almost causing Yachiyo to attack Oto again, out manipulating Hiroomi, and telling Yachiyo that Jun likes her.

It’s Working!! episode 6, and it’s White Day, so it’s time for the boys to return gifts to the girls at the restaurant. Souta gives Inami her gift of new hair clips via a “magic hand.” Meanwhile, Souta has more adventures at home, including watching videos of him when he was little (and dressed like a girl), dealing with Inami and Kazue fighting, and trying to balance the family budget. We also get our first glimpse of Inami’s house as well.
