Welcome to a new series that I’ll be blogging: Kima ga Nozomu Eien: Next Season. This OVA is an alternate retelling of the end of the original KimiNozo (aka Rumbling Hearts) series. If you haven’t seen the first series, you may be a little lost watching this, so I would recommend picking up Rumblings Hearts from Amazon or RightStuf or Netflixing it before looking at this if you haven’t seen it. Anime News Network lists this as being a 3 episode OVA series.

It’s hard to take a break on my blogging when there are all sorts of series that I want to blog coming out. Luckily, this one is an OVA of unknown number of episodes, so it’s release should be a little spread out. The first DVD is released December 21st.
Telling what this series is about may spoil it for those who haven’t seen the origional Kimi ga Nozomu Eien (aka Rumbling Hearts), but I’ll just say that this OVA will go through the other ending.
