Not surprising really, got that vibe from the first show. They are as they are shown. partners in a crap situation, friends. This season is going off really well, I think it is better than the first season. For once there is a show where I like both the ed and op. Journey into her mind was great, particularly the fight between her and the giant robot. While sketchy, it showed a big trauma in her past (not the death, but her being unable to accept the reality of what her "mother" was).
