The only issues I've had was maintenance mode blowing up when I was upgrading (oops!) and issues with my implementing the gravatars, but that was more me than 2.5. Maybe 4 hours is too little time to find many bugs, but I haven't really run into any yet. The only thing is trying to find things in the dashboard, but that's not been too bad so far.
