I’m about finished with a new page design that I’ve been chewing on for the last month or so, and I’m about ready to show you what it looks like, so feel free to let me know what you think, as far as overall design, colors, etc.
If you think things in the sidebar should be placed differently, let me know, though some items in each individual sections may be slightly different. The footer will also have different text in it too. I just left the default header for the theme I used there for now.

Here is a more full page layout. I’ve truncated the number of entries on it to make it easier, but the complete sidebars and footer are there. I will also include my sponsors thing, which I don’t have in this design yet, and possibly a poll, but I’m not decided on that yet. Also, to get a real-sized image of the design, click here.

I like it :D Especially since it’s wider and you have different text colors for the 2 sidebars.
Are you using the Sandbox theme? I’ve been thinking of trying my hands with it as well :D
Yep, that one is used making the sandbox. I had to make a slight adjustment to the html to make it work the way I wanted, but it was basically just sticking in an extra container div. I may have been able to get it to work otherwise eventually, but that was easier lol.

When is your new theme going to be officially launched?
My thinking is December 1st (or, more likely, the evening of Nov. 30), since it’s both the first day of the month as well as the release date for the first episode of Season 3 of my podcast (Episode 53)

It’s definitely looking good, and I like the wider post area and the colors. Glad to see someone else using the wonderful Sandbox theme!
Actually the post width in the new design is exactly the same width as in this design.
