It’s episode 7, and it’s all Kaneru all the time this time, as Tsuyuri and Hoshi help her research on how to make a doujinshi for women. Also, Hoshi sets out to confess, but to whom? Which way does he really swing?

This episode starts with Tsuyuri running into Kaneru at store in Akiba where Kaneru is looking to buy a hentai game. Tsuyuri slyly asks what she’s getting, and Kaneru says she’s buying the game for “research” since she doesn’t have any experience herself (loud enough for everyone else in the area to hear). Tsuyuri points out that she just announced to the entire store that she has no experience in the bed room. Kaneru tries explaining herself to Tsuyuri, but only digs the hole she is already in deeper and deeper. Tsuyuri then asks her if she would like try “try something better” than an ero-game.
Tsuyuri calls Najimi telling her that she’s going to hang out with Kaneru. Najimi gets mad at her and asking her who side she’s on, to which Tsuyuri apparently responds that she’s “everyone’s enemy.” Meanwhile, at a restaurant, Tsuyuri tells Kaneru that she should draw an H-manga (apparently Kaneru hadn’t been up to that point, as she gets flustered at the idea). Tsuyuri says that if she draws one, it has a better chance of selling, she can help her better, and it’ll allow her to sell more copies than Najimi.
Tsuyuri then calls Hoshi and asks him to buy h-manga for women, explaining to him her plan to try to make Najimi better by helping her rival improve as well. He gets some manga and brings it over to Kaneru’s house, Kaneru starts looking through them and becomes flustered again over Tsuyuri wanting her to draw something like that.
When Hoshi goes to make some tea (cause he’s a nice guy), Kaneru tells Tsuyuri that she thinks Hoshi is “feminine and refined” and Tsuyuri tells her that he’s so much so that Justice can’t leave him alone. This gives Kaneru the idea that Hoshi and Justice are an item, and she goes to ask Hoshi if there is anyone he likes. He asks her how he knew, and she starts to ask whether he is in a relationship with a particular person, but he responds that he hasn’t gotten a chance to before she can finish. Kaneru asks Hoshi if Sora knows, and, though confused as to why she’s asking this, he tells her she probably doesn’t. Kaneru then demands that Hoshi confess know, because the “later a girl hears the truth, the more she will suffer” (with Kaneru thinking about Sora, and Hoshi thinking she means Najimi). Tsuyuri tells him to go to the park if he’s going to confess and Kaneru follows him.
Hoshi arrives at the park and runs into Justice. He think thinks that, to get to Najimi, he must need to satisfy Justice and tells him that he wants to date Najimi and asks if Justice will watch over them, but Justice says he can’t. He tells Justice that he never did anything with Najimi, though when they went to the hotel, it crossed his mind to try something if the atmosphere was right. Justice starts getting up close and personal, demanding details, which Kaneru, who is looking from a distance, thinks is Justice closing in to kiss Hoshi.
Hoshi tries escpaing, but Justice grabs him, which results in Hoshi’s shirt ripping to threads (and making it look like the two are getting feisty to Kaneru). After watching the amazing scene, Kaneru decides to use the scene in her next work…

I thought this was a hilarious episode, with even more misunderstanding, this time by Kaneru. I also love how Justice is all like “yeeeeeesssss?” when Hoshi tells him that he wants to discuss his relationship with Najimi with him.
But one thing…is Hoshi a blooming idiot? Here is a guy who is extremely defensive of Najimi, and you tell him that you might have “tried something” in the hotel if the atmosphere was right? No wonder Justice was on the verge of decapitating him with his bare hands.
We also learn that, like Najimi, Kaneru has, er, little love-love experience in real live. Maybe writing doujin will not them write H-things, but maybe it’ll let them actually get to do H-things (eventually).
